1. Why choose to 3D printing?
The reasons for using a 3D printer is that you can turn a 3D digital model of your design to an object without the need for tooling or specialist programming skills. You can choose from a variety of materials, and different resolutions to suit your application.
2. What is the typical lead time?
This is dependent on the size of your model, which technology that has been chosen to 3D print your model, and how much post processing there is on the model after printing, and our workload at the time of ordering. Typically you can expect a model to be despatched 1 to 3 days working from receipt of yor order.
3. Which file format is accepted?
Our suggested file format is STL, which stands for "Standard Triangulation Language", but the following monochrome file formats can also be accepted:OBJ IGS STP STEP etc.
4. How can I pay?
You can pay by Paypal or use credit card or Debit card through Paypal. You will be invoiced after each job.
5. Can I cancel once I have placed my order?
It is dependant on where your model is the manufacturing process. If we have started to produce the model or we have started repairing your mesh then cancellation may incur a charge. If we have not carried out any processing then cancellation may be possible, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we will let you know whether it will be possible.
6. Do you ship internationally? How much does shipping cost?
Yes, We ship around the world. We run a flat rate of $35 for international shipping, the default courier is DHL.
7. How long it takes to reach me after despatched?
Normally it takes DHL 2-3 days to reach a destination, there maybe some delay to clear custom in some country.
8. I don't want to use the website to request a quote, what can I do instead?
That's no problem, just email your enquiry to email@example.com and attach your file(s) to the email.
9. Do you do discounts for higher volumes?
Yes we do, please drop us an email with your enquiries, we are happy to give discounts for small or large batches.
10. Can you paint the 3D printed objects?
Of course we can ,you can get an instant quote for simple painting(mono color or two colors), if you need other surface finishes, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
11. About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Mohou.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Mohou has no control over these charges, nor can Mohou predict what they may be.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
