Shipping policy of mohou.com, we ship to most countries around the world.

All orders at mohou.com are processed within 24 hours, production time mostly is within 3 working days, depending on what material was chosen, you can track the whole process by logging into your account;  You will receive notification when your order is shipped.

We offer international shipping to molde of the worlds, including Australia, ASEAN countries, Brazil, Canada,EU countries, Japan,Korean, India,Middle East contries,US and UK ect..

Shipping options

At mohou.com, we know that our customers want their orders sooner than later, so We offer Premium Courier shipping Service at a fixed fee of $35 to all our customers at all locations,  it normally takes 2-5 days to reach wolrdwide destinations.

The premium couriers we are using are DHL, Fedex, SF and UPS, all shippings are trackable.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mohou.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If there any problem with your shipping, please contact us at contact@mohou.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We strongly suggest our customers provide alternative shipping address.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All our products are customized, so normally we do not accept return,we only accept return because of our production errors, you should contact us within 2 days after delivery if there is a problem.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@mohou.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
