2. What file formats are accepted for instant price quotation ?

We suggest STL, which stands for "Standard Triangulation Language", but the following  file formats can also be accepted:OBJ IGS STP STEP, PLY, DXF(for laser cutting ).

About production and materials

1. What is the typical lead time? How long it takes to make a part?

 

This depends on the size of your model, which technology that has been chosen to 3D print your model, and how much post processing there is on the model after printing, and our workload at the time of ordering. Typically you can expect an order to be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after your order is received.

 

2. What AM processes do you provide?

We provide all major AM processes available in the market, including FDM, SLS,SLM, DMLS, MJF,POLYJET, VISJET,DLP and so on.

 

3. What 3d printing materials do you have?

4. What are the differences between a premium material  and economic material?

At mohou.com, Premium means original materials by original manufacturer;Economic means cheap, substitute materials developed by third party

 

4.What does max single part means?

It means the size of the building envelope, beyond that, you have to split your part for production.

 

5. Can you paint the 3D printed objects?

Of course we can ,we have an experienced team of painting artist ready to deal with various painting challenges.

 

6. Do you do discounts for batch orders?

About payment

1. What payment options do I have?

You can pay by Paypal, your money is protected by Paypal. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you can contact us for further account details.

2. Do I get an invoice for my payment?

About after-sale

1. Can I cancel my order?

It is dependant on where your model is the manufacturing process. If we have started to produce the model or we have started repairing your mesh then cancellation may incur a charge. If we have not carried out any processing then cancellation may be possible, please  contact us by live chat or email contact@mohou.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we will let you know whether it will be possible.

 

2.  Do you ship internationally? How much does shipping cost?

Yes, We ship around the world. We have two shipping options,

Option 1 has a fixed price of $35 USD, but the shipping time may take longer depending on the destinations.

Option 2 has varied prices, shipping charges for your order will be calculated by the chosen couriers, and then you need to pay the shipping charge before we ship. The premium couriers we are using are DHL, Fedex, SF and UPS.

3. How long the shipment takes to arrive?

5 .What about about Customs ,Duties or Taxes may be incurred

When ordering from Mohou.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
